Hey gang, with Christmas Eve and Christmas on the horizon, I probably won’t be posting much, but I did want to get a few more Christmas Story posts in before the actual holiday. I picked up this Christmas Coffee Santa’s Blend at Marshall’s a week or two back and have been enjoying it ever since. One of the things I had to get over when I started drinking coffee was how the smell never matched the flavor. When I worked at Barry’s there was a full-on coffee bar and I was always smelling these great scents and then tasting pretty bitter coffee. I’ve grown to actually like bitter coffee, but I still like something a little lighter. According to the packaging, Santa’s Blend includes “a touch of Danish pastry flavoring.” I’m not sure what that means, but it results in a nice, light coffee with a sweet taste that doesn’t leave too much of an aftertaste. So, if you can still grab it before Christmas or just want to have some for afterwards, check out TJ Maxx or Marshalls.
