After posting a Starriors commercial a few weeks ago, I got looking around and found a few more fun entries for TCT. I still love how the two robots just kind of run into each other in the animated opening. But, more so, I love this commercial. You’ve got the crazy mountain diorama that every kid I knew wanted to make, but never got quite right. I also love how these kids play. They don’t actually make the robots fight, one just backs off a cliff. Shouldn’t they have sensors or something?

Better than all that, though, I love the basic idea that a giant robot has an even bigger giant robot shaped like a bird to ride around on as a kind of steed. That makes me smile every time I think about it.
