I waited all night for this image to go live. Last night’s Raising Hope on Fox was a damn funny episode, but one thing made it even better: Jimmy’s Toledo Mud Hens T-shirt. As friends and regular readers know, I am actually from Toledo and it so rarely gets mentioned in the media unless someone says “Holy Toledo,” which is pretty rare considering it’s not the 50s anymore. I did very little research and couldn’t figure out what the connection is between Toledo and the show. I don’t think it’s set there (doesn’t feel like T-Town) and couldn’t find an actor connection. Anyone know what the deal is?
