After talking about Cyberella over in today’s Roseanne Comics Cavalcade, I figured now would be a good time to run this ad for another Helix comic called The Dome: Ground Zero by Dave Gibbons, Angus McKie and some computers. Yet another ubiquitous ad for a comic I didn’t read in my formative comic reading years. According to the Wiki page, Gibbons wrote it and laid it out, then McKie drew it and someone (maybe McKie? it’s not all that clear) went in and enhanced it with a computer. They also say it was pretty critically acclaimed, but I don’t know anyone that’s ever read it. Anyone? Bueller?
