Either the comic fans on the Roseanne staff were really into DC’s short lived Helix imprint (you can see the Cyberella poster I talked about a few months back behind Roseanne) or maybe they just wanted to get the point across that DJ’s kind of weird. The reason I snapped this one is because of the poster over DJ’s left shoulder which is called simply Girl. It’s actually a Vertigo book by Pete Milligan and Duncan Fegredo that lasted only 3 issues and came out in 1996. The poster seems to a smaller version of the cover to the first issue. I’ve never heard of the book, but it does show up in the Vertigo Encyclopedia. Anyone ever read it?
